What is your shipping costs?

If we pack and ship one item or 5 items, the cost will be £4.95 for Royal Mail First class. The maximum number of jars we can ship in one box is FIVE.  Shipping is free when you purchase FIVE blends or more at once. Please refer to our shipping policy here for more information. 

Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are only shipping UK wide at the moment. It does include shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Shipping to the Republic of Ireland and beyond internationally is not possible right now. However, please do watch this space. If you would like a special request for international shipping, please do contact us directly and we will try to support your request.

Can I change my shipping address?

As long as it fits with the UK demographic only, then it is not an issue. You will need to send an email to wecare@camelerspiceco.com or a direct message on our social media platforms at your earliest convenience. Should we have already posted, then unfortunately we most likely won’t be able to assist. 

Can I change my billing address?

We believe that the payment system should prevent this from happening. However, we realise that for invoice purposes this may not be ideal for you. If you entered the wrong billing address, as long as the payment was processed, it should not be an issue to change this. If it charges the incorrect account, let us know, and we can refund the order to that person and send you an invoice. Please advise us at your earliest.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@camelerspiceco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Can I add a gift note?

We are reviewing our system to see if we can add a gift note on check out. However, should you have a special request, please don’t hesitate to ask. Please bear in mind that you will need to be quick so that we have not posted already. Always send us an email to orders@camelerspiceco.com or a direct message on our social media platforms and we endeavour to respond promptly. 

The order is a gift. Can you leave out the prices?

Yes we can, either include this in the instruction section at check out. Or email orders@camelerspiceco.com 

Do you have a subscription model?

Right now, we do not. However, please watch this space as this should come in late 2021.

Can I modify my order? 

As long as we have not shipped it, then this should not be an issue. Please contact us at your earliest opportunity. Should we have already shipped our products, then you will have to create a new order. Please contact us at orders@camelerspiceco.com at your earliest opportunity.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as we have not printed the shipping label, then we are happy to cancel. If the shipping label is printed then we cannot due to our system design. Please do contact us, we will do our utmost to assist. 

The blend I want is out of stock? Will you restock it?

If a blend is out of stock and you want to order again, then please do reach out to us here and we will see if it is going to land soon. You should also keep an eye on our newsletter. You can sign up here. This is where you will learn about restocks, new drops and much more. 

My package was marked as delivered but never showed up. What do I do?

Typically, it might take a few days for an order to deliver please refer to our shipping policy here. However please keep an open mind for the timeframe. We do aim to do next day delivery. 

Should your order be lost, then please send us an email at your earliest convenience to orders@camelerspiceco.com. Please be mindful to give a considered measure of time, and take note of the busy holiday seasons, like Black Friday and the Christmas period. 

My item was broken or damaged.

We are genuinely sorry to hear this. We hate waste, but sometimes these things happen. Please send us a photograph to the following email address returns@camelerspiceco.com and we will take great care of you. 

My order is missing an item or I received the wrong item. Please help?

We are all human and we promise there was no malice intended. These things do happen. Please send us an email to orders@camelerspiceco.com and we will get the issue acknowledged and rectified as soon as we are in receipt.

Are all of your spices organic?

This is a somewhat complex and complicated question. Some of our ingredients are certified as organic. In an ideal world, all of our spices and herbs would be certified organic. As supplies of spices and herbs come from remote farms, it can be difficult and costly for farmers to get a bio certification. Nevertheless, we have full confidence in our UK supply chain and provide you with an all-natural sustainable blend.

Are the spice blends gluten-free?

Some spices have natural occurring gluten and therefore it is difficult to guarantee gluten-free blends. Currently, we are are vegan, low in sodium with no sugar and no preservatives.

What is the best way to store spices?

All of our spices are stored in dark amber glass with an aluminium closure. Do not store in direct sunlight. All too often many of us are guilty of leaving spices in the cupboard and sometimes forgetting what we have. As our blends are already in dark amber glass jars, we would recommend leaving them in a location that encourages you to use them more. Like your kitchen counter where they can be stacked and visibly displayed. 

Why are your blends ground?

All of our blends are ground in small batches. This is because the blend recipe needs to be formulated for the best balance of flavour. 

When do spices expire/how long do they last?

The best before date is 24 months from manufacture. You want the blends to hold their potency. Just remember to leave them visible so that you can use them as often as you wish. 

Do you contain any salt or sugar?

Do your spices contain any allergens?

Please always refer to our jars. All of our possible allergens are listed on the jar. We are very careful with cross-contamination. We cannot guarantee that our blends do not have any traces of celery, lupin, mustard, peanuts, sesame, tree nuts or soy as we manufacture in an environment that may contain these elements. 

Currently, all our blends may contain traces of celery, gluten, mustard, sesame, soy and nuts. We are are vegan, low in sodium with no sugar and no preservatives.

Do you offer gift cards?

At present we do not but watch this space. We aim to offer gift cards within the next 12 months.
