How to Return a Product? 

 

Returning a product is simple:
1. Check the Condition: The product must be in its original condition—unused or unopened, with labels, tags, and packaging intact.

    You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless it is faulty or damaged. Use a tracked service to ensure safe return.

4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned product, we will assess it. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, or we will send a replacement.


Returns for Opened Products

 

If you’ve opened the product and are not satisfied, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may still be entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods. Please contact us at returns@camelerspiceco.com and we will resolve the issue.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

- Defective or damaged goods: We will cover the return shipping cost as required by UK Consumer Protection Law.
- Non-faulty returns: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Customers

For customers outside the UK, the same return and refund policies apply, with the following additional considerations:

- Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or damaged.

- Customs & Duties: Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Tracked Shipping: We recommend using a tracked and insured service for international returns to ensure the package reaches us safely.
