We are as interested in the history of spice and blends as we are in discovering flavours capable of conjuring up new worlds. Our dedication to carefully sourced ingredients pairs neatly with our healthy respect for the heritage of herbs and spices, and we strive to draw from the wisdom of ancient spice lore whilst also looking forwards, where technology, food and wellbeing mingle on the horizon.
In the beginning, Camels bore the weight of bringing new flavours to the world. Now it's our turn. Cooking is about the exploration of taste buds and our mission is to nurture that enjoyment.
The BAQA is amazing with roasted vegetables, eggs and even focaccia bread. For me, the Advieh Mahi is unbelievable with cod and kedgeree.
My greatest discovery is pork or veal schnitzel in Panko breadcrumbs with HAWAIJ.
Our purchase of Baharat Gulf of Arabia had such amazing aromatics and helped lift a tried and tested recipe to new levels.
