Processing Times

 

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been dispatched.


UK & Northern Ireland Shipping

 

 

  • Shipping Rates: We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for delivery on all UK orders to the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
  • * Free Shipping for Multiple Products: If you purchase 5 spice blend products or more, you will qualify for * free shipping within the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
    Please note that * free shipping excludes all Mystery Bundles, and standard shipping rates apply to those orders.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3-7 working days via Evri.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.


  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at orders@camelerspiceco.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a DHL tracking number.
