Introducing Advieh-E Halegh- Award-winning. This ancient Persian spice mix derives from the Achaemenid Empire, 6th-century BC. Advieh-E Halegh offers a tantalizingly delicate fragrance with the delectable sweetness of cinnamoncloves and rose petals. This blend lends itself to flavours of rhubarb and orange. All-natural, salt-free and vegan.

Endless culinary adventures - This blend is perfect for enhancing a variety of sweet treats like cakes, puddings, biscuits, crumbles and more! Even stir it into breakfast smoothies or overnight oats with grated apples. Get inspired with our Persian rice pudding recipe, or elevate a refreshing orange sorbet.

At Cameler Spice Co., we take pride in milling and blending our spices in-house. We do our utmost to use the freshest cooking spices within one year from field to jar. Our main objective is to minimize our supply chain by sourcing ingredients directly from regenerative farms. Indulge in the rich flavours of Advieh-E Halegh for up to two years, meticulously handwritten on the lid for a personal touch.

This blend is believed to originate from modern day Iran. As an ancient spice blend, no one can be sure of the blend’s exact origin. However, there are certain cultural practices surround this spice, for example, Adviehs ‘Spices’ are supposed to be blended only by the woman in charge of a household or the spice merchant from which it is bought from.
Sweet and slight lemony undertones, this is a blend that is enriched with notes of cinnamon, laced generously and beautifully with rose petals.
Heavenly and fragrant, you can detect the floral and warming notes of the cinnamon but we would say that you can certainly detect the sweet, minty and lemony notes of the cardamon.
How to use
This dessert and baking blend can be used in a variety of sweet dishes such as cakes, puddings, biscuits and crumbles. It even goes well with all day smoothies and breakfast porridge. This will become the secret elevation to your baking and dessert dreams.

Some of our blends will be gluten free, but it is important to note that some spices and herbs naturally contain gluten.

It is also important to note that these have been packaged in a facility that handles, stores, and processes tree nuts and celery. This product may contain traces of celery, gluten, mustard, sesame, soy and nuts.

Always store in a dry place. A pantry, press or cupboard will suffice. We have made that easy by housing our blends in dark amber mason jars under an aluminium lid. Aluminium reflects both heat and light, making it the perfect material for food preservation under its closing. Spice and herb blends typically have a use by date, in our case, 24 months from manufacture.
