Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- A squeeze of half a lemon
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 tsp of VEGETŌ by Camelēr Spice Co.
Garnish
- ½ tsp of nigella seeds
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Crumbly cheese (Lancashire or Feta)
Method
- Thinly sliced the avocado and lay on the toast
- Mix the lemon juice, olive oil and the VEGETO together and drizzle over the avocado
- Crumble the cheese on top of the avocado
- Garnish with some nigella seeds if you have them and another drizzle of olive oil
