  • 375ml chicken stock made from concentrate or replace with vegetable stock to make vegan/vegetarian. 
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp of Advieh Berenj by Cameler Spice Co
  • 1 orange zest
  • The juice of one half of the orange fruit 
  • 100g of dried apricots, chopped
  • 2 TBSP parsley chopped
  • 2 TBSP coriander chopped
  • 2 TBSP toasted pine nuts or almonds
  • 6 yellow cherry tomatoes, halved and sliced (optional)

Garnish to serve

  • 1 TBSP pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • 2 radishes cut to match sticks shape (optional)
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
