Ingredients
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 60g Tahini
- Up to 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 tsp Bahārāt Gulf of Arabia spice blend by Camelēr Spice Cº
- 1 garlic clove, minced OR 3-6 Roasted garlic cloves, minced (optional from the roasted lamb shawarma)
Method
- Mix together, yoghurt, tahini, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of water, our black lime infused Baharat spice blend and ¼ teaspoon of salt into a bowl and whisk well to combine, set aside in the fridge until ready to use with salads, roast meats, or as a dip with crudités.
