How to Use

This Advieh blend has a multipurpose use. It adds incredible depth and warmth to a host of different dishes. Beef or lamb stews, chicken casseroles, grilled meats and all vegetable medleys elevated to a new level. Advieh-E Khoresh loosely translates as “stew spice” in Persian. It’s quite popular in vegetarian stews such as aubergine/eggplant stew. A little bit goes a long way. Add ½ teaspoon to begin with and build on the profile to suit your taste. It is great for adding to a slow cooker with beef, lamb or lentils, walking away and enjoying the signature fragrance until it is ready to serve.
